About Joan

Besides teaching 22 years on university level, and 10 years in private schools I also studied aerial dance for several years and at The Bates Dance Festival for many years learning from every kind of movement form in order to grow technically but most importantly to see what is important to teach in the class so the students become the best they can achieve.

About the lesson

If you want to
understand the body from inside out: to train in techniques so you will not have Injuries.
Learn about LABAN to apply study of choreography for all ages and levels.
Apply the appropriate exercises to strengthen, lengthen and heal your body will knowledge of spinal articulation.
Investigate movement thru shapes, Dynamics and use of floor and aerial phrases.
