About Sara
I have worked at Syracuse University as an adjunct professor and a writing center consultant for a number of years. I am a published poet and fiction writer who has been helping students better understand their potential as writers in a variety of arenas. I am a tutor living in Brooklyn not far from Prospect Park, where I live with my partner and 5 year old son. I have my BFA and my MFA in Creative Writing from Syracuse University where I recently worked with big names in the literature world of today such as Mary Karr, George Saunders, Chris Kennedy, and other fantastic writers.
