About Rebeca
I am an Art History student at the University of British Columbia, I received both IGCSE and IB diplomas for first language Spanish during high school and middle school as well as the Mexican UNAM diploma. I also completed the IB Language and Literature programme in Spanish first language which helps me provide a more in depth learning experience when it comes to learning a language.

I like to utilize a merge between demonstrator and facilitator teaching methods. The demonstrator method retains the formal authority role by showing students what they need to know, this involves a setting a lot like a lecture but with the inclusion of multimedia presentations, activities, and demonstrations. The facilitator method helps promote self-learning and thus help students develop critical thinking skills and retain knowledge that leads to self-actualization.
