About Paula
As a mentor/tutor I use positive reinforcement and encouragement, while connecting with my students, as I try to teach them. I accurately assess each student's individual need based upon the curriculum they are learning. I am organized and understand to approach all methods of work with a positive attitude. I understand that everyone learns differently, this is why I manipulate and compromise with the student to use different techniques in the learning process. I show the students patience with their progress and acknowledge not only their results, but the attempts they make also.

I differentiate instructions based on the need of the student. Focusing on how a student learns or the best method of teaching for that particular student. Each individual student learns at their own pace and in their own way. One student may interpret information and learn differently than another, this is why I differentiate based on the need of the student. I choose what the best method for teaching is and this is the method I teach the student with.
