About Craig
Born in 1976 I started experimenting with weight training in 1995, joining a specialist hardcore bodybuilding gym the following year.
I quickly built my body, my character, the respect of my peers and as an autodidact with high functioning autism, an insane understanding of how to build strength, muscle and shred unwanted body fat at will.
I have competed in bodybuilding on and off since 1998, I never scored outside the top 3 and mostly scored 1st place.
Described by my peers, clients and those that know me well as
dedicated, unrelenting, inspirational, a natural born leader of men of
which I am very comfortable with.
As a grandfather the greatest replete compliment I get is
"there is no way you are as old as you say"
