About Peta
I am an enthusiastic Guitar tutor with 12 years of teaching experience, working with high school students, college students, and adults who want to learn guitar in a supportive and encouraging environment. During my teaching journey, I have successfully taught around 300 students, helping them begin their musical journey.
My teaching philosophy is based on clear instruction, regular practice, and positive motivation. I believe students learn best when lessons are simple, practical, and enjoyable. In my classes, I teach the essential skills of guitar playing such as chords, rhythm techniques, strumming patterns, finger exercises, and basic music knowledge.
These skills help students build confidence and improve their playing ability. I also help students learn songs and melodies, which allows them to apply their knowledge and enjoy their progress.
Teaching hundreds of students has helped me develop practical methods that make learning easier for beginners. Some of my students have performed at school and college events, which is always inspiring to see. My aim is to help students learn guitar confidently while enjoying the beauty of music.

My teaching approach focuses on helping students learn Guitar through clear communication, consistent practice, and adaptable teaching methods. I believe that students learn best when lessons are simple, structured, and connected to real music. In my classes, students learn important techniques such as chords, strumming patterns, rhythm exercises, scale practice, and finger coordination.
These basics help students develop a strong foundation in Guitar playing. I also use real-life musical examples from songs and performances to show how Guitar techniques are used in actual music. Along with Guitar training, I introduce related subjects such as music theory basics, ear training, rhythm practice, improvisation basics, and songwriting skills.
These subjects help students develop well-rounded musical abilities. My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to improve their Guitar skills.
