About Sonya
I am an Artist of Creative Practices and owner of The Enchanted Life; Haven for Creative Wellness & Ceremony. I work with various creative practices to guide individuals to find balance, mindfulness, ease, simplicity and clarity within their work, studies and lives. It is my passion to inspire others to let go of stress, anxiety and learn to live life with presence and intention.

Taught in the Transformation Meditation tradition which is evidence and science-based, my approach focuses on finding the style of meditation that suits the individual. I have taught for 18 years and bring meditation into many of my own practices and work. I have taught adults, children and families to learn meditation.
