About Jack

I have four years and 800+ hours of private tutoring and volunteer experience teaching Maths, English, Chemistry, Physics, Information Technologies / Programming. I have taught for a highly-rated tutoring college as well as privately and am interested in teaching and education in medicine.

ABOUT ME

Hi, I’m Jack! I’m a UNSW medicine student and James Ruse graduate who completely understands how confusing and untransparent the whole uni admissions process for medicine and dentistry is.

SSIs? MMIs? PBL sessions? MDTs? Qualities, values and goals? Giving the organ to patient A vs patient B?

• I will personalise my questions and feedback based on your uni preferences and your strengths and weaknesses
• I can offer you feedback on written applications to medical schools

• How to handle personal questions, how to think on the spot, and how to approach difficult scenario questions
• How to answer questions within time limits with sufficient detail and structure
• How to present yourself during the interview to show passion, confidence, and professionalism at the same time
• How to structure your interview preparation outside of lessons
• Strategies to reflect on your experiences and qualities to come up with good examples to back up your interview question answers
