About Jasmine
I am a medical student with a strong interest in education and helping students build confidence in subjects they may find challenging. I enjoy teaching because I remember how overwhelming exams can feel, and I find it rewarding to help students understand topics clearly and see their progress over time. I began helping others during my own A-level studies and discovered that I enjoy explaining concepts in a way that makes them feel manageable and achievable. Through medical school, I have developed strong communication skills and a patient, supportive teaching style. I want to teach because I believe the right guidance can make a real difference to both confidence and results, and I enjoy supporting students as they work towards their academic goals.

As a relatively young tutor, I have a very recent and in-depth understanding of the current exam specifications and course content. This allows me to explain topics in a way that is clear, relevant, and tailored to how students are actually examined. During my A-level studies, I regularly helped fellow students understand difficult concepts, and since then I’ve developed even stronger subject knowledge alongside more effective study and revision techniques. I don’t just focus on content, but also on exam technique, organisation, and study skills, helping students build confidence and work more efficiently as well as improve their grades.
