About Taruna
I am a medical student from England who is especially passionate about paediatric oncology. As a student I struggled with Science subjects at first as I had a unique learning style that differed from most of my peers. Thankfully, I had a few good teachers who spent time explaining topics to me after class in a way that made sense to me. This made me fall in love with the subjects I was studying and inspired me to be a good tutor to others. Hence, I started tutoring my juniors with the aim of helping them achieve their goals while enjoying the process.

Hi, my name is Taruna. I teach A level biology, year 1 anatomy and physiology. As a medical student, I have previously tutored my juniors and assisted my peers with work. As such, my anatomy and physiology lessons tend to be targeted towards year 1 students. However, I am able to modify my approach based on your needs and background. My lessons usually include a recap of content and a bit of quizzing. I prefer to use visuals and analogies to simplify complex topics. Most lessons are 60 minutes long, but the duration can be adjusted as needed.
