About Grace
Hello, my name is Grace. I am a student on a gap year before starting at the University of Exeter where I will be studying medicine. I achieved top grade GCSE and A level results in Biology and Chemistry as well as in medical based EPQ (9/A*'s). During my school career, I was also awarded an academic scholarship in recognition for my ability.
I have two years of experience tutoring secondary-aged children in schools within the Bristol Educational Partnership as well as mentoring children aged 13 and 14 in a scheme instrumented by the charity 'Bristol Achieve'.
I also possess significant experience working with children in both a paid setting as a nanny and voluntary setting in a nursery.

I tutor both GCSE and A level students studying biology or chemistry (or combined science at GCSE).
I follow a thorough and meticulous approach to any session, uniquely tailoring it to you (or your child's) needs and abilities. I work collaboratively with the student to ensure they gain the most out of our sessions by setting specific and constructive goals and targets, allowing them to unlock their maximum scholastic potential. Whether it is a specific subject module, exam, study technique, or more generalised academic support, my tutoring aims to deliver personalised, effective techniques to my students.
As someone who has recently gained multiple university places to study medicine, I also provide coaching and advice to medical students with all and every aspect of their medical applications.
My tutoring sessions are typically one hour long however this can be flexible to the needs of individual students.
