About Kayla

I am a 4th year medical student on my way to soon be a practicing physician! I have a BS in biomedical sciences. I have extensive tutoring experience of 7+ years in math and science. Education is one of my passions, whether it be for students or my patients. I can't wait to help you learn!

I am patient with my approach and focus on active learning rather than lecturing. This includes plenty of practice problems and examples! The ultimate test will be to "teach back" to me to ensure your complete understanding. I have completed courses in academic medicine and the art of teaching. I tutor pre-med and medical students. I am also available for younger students based on specific needs.
