About Arisa

I am a medical student with a bachelor’s degree in Biological sciences with a minor in chemistry and an MPH in Environmental Health sciences. I have experience teaching as an Adjunct instructor at FIU for Biology Lab and have tutored Biology for 2 years as well.

About the lesson

My teaching approach involves making sure the student is as involved as possible. This is so that the student can participate in more active learning instead of passive learning so that they can retain information much more. I also look for ways to make the experience fun and exciting!
