About Ian
I am a 3rd year medical student, with a special interest in triple sciences and maths. I have been tutoring on and off for over four years, teaching a range of students from GCSE to A Level. If you have an interest in a STEM degree I can also help to provide additional advice.

My method is to help students gain an understanding of the concept, to then be able to feel confident to translate this knowledge practically and confidently in any scenario. I like to evoke critical thinking, as i believe this is the best way students will grasp a better understanding.

Excellent! My son did a chemistry lesson. Ian's lesson was very organised and detailed. He has focus, he was very open, welcoming and encouraged questions from my son. He covered my worries, send a transcript of the lesson and recorded the lesson for me. Ian is a good tutor.
