I base my approach individually for each student, and constructing a personal plan for them. Then I take a look at their syllabus and design a study routine that'll fit perfectly within their schedule while ensuring they ace Biology.
I will be making presentations and explaining them in detailed, yet easy to grasp methods so that students don't feel burdened.
I'll also be taking routine tests to ensure my students are well upto date with what's being taught, and if there's any lagging, I'll tutor them personally in their weaker areas.
