About Ziqra
I am a 4th year medical student studying at the University of Manchester. I have experience tutoring GCSE and 11+ students. I love Maths, Biology and Chemistry and having taken A LEVELS in these subjects, I hope to be able to pass on my passion to my students.

I believe that engagement is key to successful learning, first and foremost recognising that every individual has their own unique needs and targets that should be tailored for, aiming to create lessons that a neither passive nor boring.
For me it is essential that the lessons play to the strength of each student, to develop their knowledge of the subject to a greater depth or to refine their knowledge.
As a student myself, I believe that one the most important aspects of an effective tutoring lesson is to introduce knowledge in manageable chunks which will help the student cope with their own school work along with the extra tutoring help. This is why a committed, motivated and determined approach is important when it comes to tutoring
