About Niamh
I am a 3rd Year Medical Student who spends much of her spare time reading. I take a personal interest in poetry and self-help books such as the Oxford Book of English Verse and The Chimp Paradox. Reading can be an invaluable skill throughout life and should be practiced regularly.

I believe in challenging the mind with frequent exposure to a range of books from classics, to science fiction, to poetry and autobiographies. It is an excellent way to experience various topics that can open the mind to new areas of life. I will encourage the student to approach books that interest them and books that may have previously been too intimidating to approach by helping them find ways to approach challenging language and concepts.
