About Jess
I am a medical student in my first year at university, and I sincerely believe that if someone is in need of aid, they should get it no matter what. I really enjoyed school and love learning new things, and I hope to be able to pass this on to other students. They say the key to success is hard work, and while that is true, I believe from experience that confidence plays a huge part too. I would like to help make students feel more confident in their abilities in school, and potentially help bring them out of their academic shell to get them participating more in their lessons. Every student needs an ally and a helping hand, and I intend to be that for every student that decides to ask for help.
I have GCSEs at level 7 and above in every core subject, and 3 A-Levels in Biology, Chemistry and History.

I’m a creative, easygoing individual who is set on achieving the best results for the student. I try to take an interesting, colourful and fun approach to learning and revising, and have multiple tricks up my sleeve to help the student with whatever they need, whether that be developing writing skills, making maths enjoyable or showing them the wonders of science. I like to cover as much as possible from the curriculum that the student is following, but I also believe listening to the student is crucial for development, so many of my lessons will be based on requests from the students or their parents as to the topics that are covered each week.
