Starting with a brief lesson about the subject is always good to make sure we are on the same page. I allow ample time for questions and clarification before we begin practice questions, which I find is the key to showing mastery of the material. I work hard to identify any weaknesses my students may have, therefore we can work together to strengthen these areas.
