I have been a tutor for 3 years already for a wide range of people of different ages. The lenght of my lessons are tipically of an hour long and my teaching methodology consists on making a program that fullfills your necessities.
For example if you are interested in cirrhosis, ill prepare a full text for you to have on hand, we will discuss the important topics and ill give you some questions to practice what we learned.
