How I approach is intial assessment of conversation and reading-simple text initially- identifying both positives and areas that need addressing..I gauge lesson's speed relative to progress and concentrate specifically on areas where difficulty is present .As I am medical doctor I am particularly interested in working with those in the healthcare sector
