As a tutor, I focus on helping students understand concepts in a way that makes sense to them. My goal is to build confidence through encouragement, patience, and clear explanations. I adapt my teaching based on the student’s learning style, using questions, examples, and step-by-step problem solving.
A typical lesson with me starts by reviewing what the student already knows, identifying any gaps, and then building on that foundation with new material. We work through examples together, and I always make time for questions and review. I keep things relaxed and friendly so students don’t feel overwhelmed or judged.
What sets me apart is that I’m a current Medical Biochemistry undergraduate who genuinely enjoys teaching and helping others succeed. I’ve helped classmates for years and know what it’s like to struggle with a difficult subject.
My lessons are ideal for kindergarten to grade 12 students, especially those who need support in science, English, reading, writing, math, or chemistry. I also offer some support for first-year university students in basic science or chemistry courses.
