I'm currently a Masters student studying for a Bioinformatics degree with an undergraduate Bsc in Medical Biochemistry. My passions lie in biology, programming and data! Outside of education, I like to spend my my time with friends, reading and working on my programming projects.

As a tutor, not only will I help students understand the concepts of the topics they're learning, but how to keep them memorised. A technique I that I believe is especially useful for this is active recall, which will be implemented in my sessions where I'll help students go through questions from previously learnt material which will help see whether they've not only remembered the material but also understood it. Typical lessons will be an hour long and are aimed at students at the level of GCSE and A-level in the subject of Biology. For students that are more curious about learning their subject beyond the scope of their specification (especially Biology and programming) I'm happy to facilitate this and answer their questions!
