About Lydia
I am a Swansea University Medical Biochemistry Graduate, with a passion for science, and in particular Biology and Chemistry. I carried out my final year university project on the subject of 'teaching science', with specific focus on pedagogical methods for building understanding of scientific processes. I am a very flexible teacher and can adapt my methods to suit each student in order to achieve the best outcomes. I am currently enjoying tutoring at the same time as my normal job, but I hope to undertake the PGCE for Secondary Biology or Chemistry in future!

I work alongside students to understand their goals and tailor lessons to best suit each student's learning style in order to achieve the best outcomes. I will work with students typically in 1 - 2 hour sessions to help with anything from basic scientific theories to more in depth processes, up to GCSE level.
