About Cynthia
I am a medical student with a strong foundation in medical biochemistry and a genuine interest in helping others understand it clearly. I know how overwhelming it can feel, especially when it’s taught as pure memorization without context. I want to teach because I’ve seen how the right explanation can completely change a student’s confidence. My goal is to make anatomy logical, approachable, and less intimidating by explaining it the way I wish it had been taught from the start. I enjoy teaching in a one-on-one setting where lessons can be tailored to each student’s needs, ensuring real understanding rather than surface-level learning.

I believe medical biochemistry is best learned through understanding, not memorization. In my private lessons, I focus on breaking complex topics into simple, logical steps so students can build a clear mental picture of the body.
I adapt each lesson to the student’s pace and learning style, identifying weak areas early and reinforcing them with diagrams, mnemonics, and clinical examples. I encourage questions and make sure concepts are fully understood before moving on.
My goal is not just to help students pass exams, but to help them feel confident explaining biochemistry in practicals and vivas.
