About Bhavenveer
I want to teach because I feel that everyone deserves the chance to score well in IGCSE. IGCSE requires technique and skill to succeed and I want to inspire all my students that they have what it takes to become an A* student and reach whatever they put their mind to. One thing is that I will never stop explaining even though it may 1 hour or 1 day or 1 week. Until the student fully understands the concept, my job is not over.
I have taught students ranging from grade 7 (Form 1) all the way to degree students doing Engineering Courses (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical). I specialize in IGCSE math and add math where I have had a 100% "B" Grade and above from my students. I provide a crash course before the final examinations as well which all my students have found extremely affective and useful .
I have entered the Kangaroo Math Olympiad Competition, which is a world renowned mathematics competition. I have got an award from my high school as top achiever amongst more than 200 students for EMS (English, Mathematics and Science). In my pre university program at Sunway College, I was named the best student in the area of physics and math. In my current degree program which I am pursuing in the Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering with Honors, I have received top achiever awards for all math courses.

I am really good at explaining techniques of scoring for IGCSE maths, addmaths and physics. Got A* for all those subjects. I use the 20% method where we focus on the 20% of all mistakes per topic based solely on past year papers. Especially in calculus and trigonometry. Typical length of lesson would be from 1 to 2 hours, depending on the need of the student. As a tutor I have coached juniors in high school and university for these subjects, but in university I focused more on thermodynamics and solid mechanics. My lessons are for people aged 16 and above doing IGCSE maths, addmaths and physics.

-I am a very relaxed and chill teacher, which means I am able to connect better to the age group compared to older tutors.
- I am active on social media so I am open to messages at any time. Unlimited questions and on the spot reply. I encourage questions as questioning allow the mind to think.
- Custom topical questions for some topics.
- Not fussy about timing so I let overtime below 30 minutes go without fee.
Timing:
-Face to Face: timing will be tailored to fit my students free time
-Online: using Google Meet and everyday from 8pm-10-pm. Weekend timing can be flexible to suit timing of student.
