About Moumik

I am Moumik Maitra, currently pursuing Mechanical Engineering at Jadavpur University. Earlier I worked as a Mathematics Subject Matter Expert at Chegg for 2 years. I have been a tutor in Mathematics for class 9-12 students since 2018 and helped them getting outstanding grades.

I am also interested in teaching students who are preparing for various national competitive exams like JEE-Main, JEE-Advanced, Regional Mathematical Olympiads and international Exams like Oxford MAT(Mathematics Admission Test), Cambridge STEP( Sixth Term Examination Paper).

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is all about making sure your fundamentals are strong. I want you to feel confident in the logic of mathematics, so that you can take on whatever's thrown at you. Whether that's preparing for a competitive exam or just enjoying math for its own sake, my goal is always to help students feel like they can do anything—and that's why I focus on making sure they know the ins and outs of each subject.

I focus on strengthening fundamentals and logic structure in Mathematics, so that my students can have a solid foundation as they move forward in their studies and beyond. My job is to remove the fear of mathematics so that students can enjoy mathematics with the utmost confidence.

I teach Mathematics to Class 9-12 students and also those who are preparing for competitive exams like JEE-MAIN, JEE-Advanced, Mathematical Olympiad, etc. I try to make my class as interactive as possible so that I can assess how students are performing at each step. I also understand the students' way of learning things and work on that
