Hello! My name is Nirja, and I am a second-year Health Science student at McMaster University. I am passionate about both science and teaching, and I find great satisfaction in helping students improve their understanding of complex concepts. My interactive and enjoyable teaching methods have helped students improve their grades by 4-8%. In addition to subject tutoring, I offer essay writing support and feedback services and provide comprehensive notes for my students.
My lesson plans are unique and tailored to each student's learning style. I prepare PowerPoint presentations/documents and ask questions throughout the lesson to ensure clarity in explaining concepts. I also assist with homework during the lesson and encourage students to ask questions in a judgment-free space. After all, most learning happens when we are not afraid to ask questions!
