About Kristal
Standing before a whiteboard at the start of my 6-year teaching career, I realized that biology is essentially a massive puzzle of systems. I am an MD candidate at Johns Hopkins who specializes in breaking down immunology basics, food webs, energy flow, genetics, and inheritance for pre-meds.
My approach focuses on data analysis, graphs, and biological drawing to make homeostasis, mitosis, and meiosis feel intuitive rather than memorization-heavy.
