About Bijay
I hope this message finds you well. I'm Bijay Kumar Sahoo, a passionate educator with a background in teaching and research. I hold a Post Graduate Program in Human Resource Management from XLRI School of Business and have been actively engaged in teaching roles since 2002.
My experience includes teaching courses in Management which includes the larger concepts of Statistics and Maths at Presidency University, Bangalore. Additionally, I've designed and delivered lessons for undergraduate students aspiring for management and law exams, impacting over 20,000 students. This courses includes Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Reasoning. My students are studying top notch universities across the world.
Currently pursuing a PhD in Management at the University of Leicester, my research centers on the "Leadership-Ethics Paradox" in business. To facilitate engaging discussions, I've drafted questions that delve into the complexities of ethics in leadership, aiming to inspire critical thinking and exploration.
