About Sana'a
I am a MBA student who is has started his degree part time with two years of engineering. I've always found maths and the sciences interesting and not too difficult, with the right guidance. Part of my role in my current job is teaching and training, which I enjoy doing.

What's currently lacking in the education system is designing the lesson plan around students and establishing an understanding of our students; every single student is different. So my methodology involves a class where I start off by building an understanding of the bodylanguage of the student, understanding what it looks like when they understand the content followed by establishing an understanding of where in their development, there's a missing link and a gap in knowledge. What's missing could be in the foundation and could be causing issues with learning more advanced lessons.
