About Sabrina
Hi, I’m Sabrina! I hold an MBA with a concentration in Business Analytics from Gannon University and currently work as an Academic Support professional, where I work directly with students and support their academic progress.
My background also includes experience as a Career Peer Mentor and Graduate Assistant at Gannon University. These roles taught me how important patience, encouragement, organization, and clear communication are when helping someone learn.
I understand that not every student learns in the same way. I am patient and approachable, and I genuinely enjoy helping students understand something that once felt difficult. I focus on creating a comfortable learning environment where students can ask questions without feeling embarrassed or judged.
My academic background in business, finance, marketing, and business analytics allows me to support students across several subjects, while my professional experience working with students has strengthened my ability to explain concepts in a simple and practical way.

My teaching approach is patient, supportive, and personalized to each student. I understand that students learn at different speeds and in different ways, so I first identify what the student understands, where they are struggling, and what learning method works best for them.
During a typical lesson, we review the topic, break difficult concepts into simple steps, work through examples together, and then practice independently. I encourage students to ask questions freely because I believe learning should be a comfortable experience, not something that makes a student feel embarrassed or pressured.
My professional experience in academic support has given me experience working directly with students with different learning needs, personalities, and academic challenges. I focus not only on completing homework but also on helping students understand the material and become more confident and independent.
I offer support in English, business-related subjects, homework assistance, study skills, organization, presentations, and general academic development. My lessons are especially suitable for middle and high school students, as well as college students seeking support with business-related coursework and academic skills.
Every lesson will be adapted to the student's individual goals, because my goal is simple: understand, improve, and build confidence.
