About ROJES
I'm a senior business leader with 18 years of experience across strategy, planning, operations, sales, business analytics, HR and finance — gained at global corporations and currently as Head of People Operations at a leading international technology consulting firm. Every day, I use the very concepts your textbooks teach, which means I can show you exactly how they work in the real world.
Teaching is my passion. I've been a guest faculty member at RMIT and La Trobe Universities, I speak regularly at industry forums, and I've published four research papers in international management journals. I also run regular training and professional development sessions for teens, young people and working professionals.
My academic background includes an Engineering degree with honors and a double MBA — a gold-medal MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. I'm also a certified trainer, holding a Cert IV in Training and Assessment, so my teaching is grounded in proper adult-learning and assessment practice, not just subject knowledge.

My approach to tutoring
I believe Business Management should never feel like memorizing a textbook. My teaching is built on practical, real-world learning — every concept is brought to life with genuine examples from my 18 years in industry across strategy, operations, HR, finance and analytics at global corporations. My goal is simple: students don't just learn the theory, they truly understand it and can apply it — in exams, at university, and in real life.
How I teach
Lessons are interactive and fun, never one-way lectures. I use real business case studies (I've written several for academic and professional use), current business news, storytelling from the corporate world, and practical exercises so students learn by doing and discussing, not just listening. Each lesson ends with a clear summary and takeaways, and I tailor pace and style to each student — whether they need exam technique, concept clarity, or confidence.
Your first lesson
The first session is all about you. We start by understanding your goals, current level and how you learn best — then I build a personalized plan so every lesson after that is focused exactly where it will make the biggest difference.
Lesson length
Lessons run for 1 hour, with structured time for concept explanation, applied practice and questions. Longer or customized sessions are available on request.
My qualifications and experience
I'm a certified trainer (Cert IV in Training and Assessment) with a gold-medal MBA and an Executive MBA. I've been a guest faculty member at leading Melbourne universities, published research in international management journals, and regularly run training sessions for teens, youth and professionals on management and professional development topics.
