About Jeya
Here's what most tutors won't tell you: your MBA is only as good as your ability to think on your feet. I'm here to train that muscle.
I founded an international school from zero — grew it to two campuses. Designed a curriculum framework that 250+ schools across India now pay to use — over a million students learn through it. Built, branded, and launched 130+ education ventures in 20 years. Before all that, I cut my teeth at EY and did ERP implementations when most people my age were still figuring out Excel.
But here's the thing — I didn't stop at building. I went back to teach. I anchor life skills and career coaching programs at IIT Madras, working alongside alumni to prepare students for what no syllabus covers. I mentor Shark Tank and YC startups — the kind of founders who need someone who's actually built from zero, not someone who's read about it. Teaching and coaching aren't my side gig. They're my obsession.

I teach business the way I've lived it — frameworks first, real cases second, your problem third. Every session follows a three-part structure: I distil the core concept into a clear framework (10 min), we work through a real-world case drawn from my own experience building schools, scaling curriculum across 250+ institutions, and consulting at EY (30 min), and then you apply it to your own assignment or business challenge with my live feedback (15–20 min). No passive lecturing. You leave every session with something usable.
A Typical Lesson:
I adapt based on your goal. If you're an MBA student working on a strategy case, we'll break down the analytical framework and pressure-test your reasoning. If you're an entrepreneur figuring out how to position your education venture, we'll work on your actual business model. If you're prepping for interviews or entrance exams, we'll drill structured thinking and communication. Every lesson is customised — I don't use a one-size-fits-all script.
What Sets Me Apart:
I'm not an academic tutor. I'm a practitioner. I hold an MBA from IIT Madras (India's #1 institution), I've worked in Consulting at Ernst & Young, led ERP implementations, and then spent 18 years founding and scaling Kriyative International School — a two-campus IGCSE institution in Chennai. My proprietary curriculum framework, the Wheel of Kriya, is now used by 250+ schools across India, reaching over a million students. I've built and established brands for 130+ educational organisations. When I teach Strategy, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Organisational Behaviour, every concept comes with a story from the field — because I've done the work, not just read about it.
