ABOUT: Human Resource Management
1. Overview
We will aim to equip you with a comprehensive understanding of human resource management practices on different aspects in: recruitment, performance management, and organizational development, training and development and adult learning. The course also explores contemporary issues like diversity, ethics, and the impact of technology in HR.
2. Techniques and Teaching Methodology
Interactive Lectures: Each session will start with a brief lecture to introduce key concepts, supported by multimedia presentations and real-world examples.
Case Studies: In-depth analysis of real-life HR scenarios to help students apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations.
1 on 1 Discussions: Encouraging active participation through discussions on your chosen aspect of HR

3. Typical Length of a Lesson
Duration: Each lesson is designed to last 60-90 minutes.
-15 minutes: Introduction and recap of the previous lesson.
-45 minutes: Main lecture and case study discussion.
