About Gregory
I started designing multicultural training programs for sponsored International students. Subsequently, I worked in hospitality training staff and developing technical teaching programs. I have worked internationally for over the last 20 years as an ESL teacher, 17 in Japan.

My teaching approach is to engage students as completely as possible in the target language, both individually and collaboratively, as appropriate. I fully understand the PPP approach methodology. I think assessment of a students comprehension and ability to utilise language is key to an effective outcome.
