I am a scientist, I hold a masters degree in food science, honours degree in food science and undergraduate degree in food and animal science. I am a facilitator and assessor. I am also an auditor and a farmer as well as a researcher.

My teaching methodology is face to face classes. I structure lessons for each assessment . I approach teaching using worked examples, I often ask questions in between a lesson, that way I provide students the opportunity to apply their knowledge and understanding and after every lease I ask for feedback.
