My teaching approach in mathematics is gentle, reflective, and centred on building deep conceptual understanding. I believe higher mathematics is not just about solving problems but about learning how to think differently. Subjects like abstract algebra, number theory, mathematical proofs, and advanced theoretical concepts form a big part of my tutoring. I guide students to connect ideas and see the logical beauty behind every theorem. I work especially well with DIY learners and independent researchers who wish to explore mathematics beyond standard coursework. For them, I encourage building personal methods of approaching proofs and complex ideas. Instead of pushing formulas, I support students in finding their unique way of navigating the abstract world of mathematics. Each session balances explanation with exploration. Sometimes I provide clear structures, and at other times I let students experiment with patterns and logic to find their own voice. My aim is to create an environment where students feel safe to struggle, question, and grow. With this approach, they not only prepare for exams and assignments but also gain tools for lifelong mathematical thinking.
