About Fatema
I have been tutoring since 2010, when I was a secondary school student myself, primarily in Mathematics, Business Studies and Chemistry, at GCSE, A Level and International Baccalaureate level. I have helped students achieve their desired grades in all 3 subjects, and pride myself in that I help them make the most out of our 1-2 hour per week class, so that my students do not have to dedicate too much time outside of our class every week with heaps of homework!
My qualifications: A* in iGCSE Mathematics, Level 7 in IB Mathematics (equivalent to an A* in A Level Mathematics), Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.

An initial class with me will go over the curriculum of the qualification you are studying for, and together we will identify your strengths and weaknesses (e.g. you can pick up algebra easily, but perhaps struggle a bit with calculus). We will also do a practice exam to see which areas need more work on. This will allow me to draw out a lesson plan for you for the coming weeks.
Every lesson following that will be a series of mini lessons in your weak areas, and some exercises in both your strong and weak areas, to make sure you are up to speed. Every 2-3 lessons, we will also do another practice exam to also make sure you get used to the format. I will also provide you with tips and tricks to make the most of the allotted time you will have for the exams themselves.
Homework: we will set the targets together, to make sure you are doing the right amount of work. If you feel you are getting the most you can out of our class, then little to no homework may be required!
Materials: a mixture of online exercises, offline work sheets, past examination papers, and other ad hoc tools to help you understand concepts in Mathematics the best way possible!
