About Sanketh
Hi, I’m Sanketh, an Engineering student at the Southern Institute of Technology with a strong background in Edexcel IAL Mathematics. I enjoy helping students understand math in a simple and clear way, especially topics like calculus and trigonometry. I want to teach because I find it rewarding to see students gain confidence, improve their problem-solving skills, and achieve better results in their exams.

My lessons are focused on helping students clearly understand key mathematical concepts and apply them confidently in exams. I specialise in calculus, algebra, trigonometry, and mechanics (M1).
I am currently an Engineering student at the Southern Institute of Technology, which strengthens my understanding of applied mathematics and problem-solving.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s level and goals. I begin by identifying areas they find challenging, then break down concepts into simple steps before practising exam-style questions.
In my lessons, students can expect:
• Clear explanations of difficult topics
• Step-by-step problem solving
• Practice with past paper and exam-style questions
• Tips and techniques to improve exam performance
I focus on building strong fundamentals as well as improving speed and accuracy, which are essential for success in NCEA and Edexcel exams.
I aim to create a friendly and supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and improving their confidence in maths.
