About Idrees
I’m currently studying Economics at university, where I’ve developed strong analytical and problem-solving skills that I apply to my maths tutoring. My degree has given me a deep understanding of how maths works in real-world situations, which helps me explain topics in a way that’s practical and easy to grasp.
Outside of academics, I’m also dedicated to boxing, which has taught me discipline, consistency, and resilience—qualities I bring into my teaching. I understand the importance of patience and hard work, and I aim to motivate my students to stay focused and keep improving.
As someone who’s been through the education system recently, I relate well to students and create a supportive, approachable environment where you can feel comfortable asking questions and building confidence.

I’m an Economics graduate offering personalised maths tutoring designed to help each student reach their full potential. With a strong background in analytical thinking and problem-solving, I specialise in breaking down complex topics into clear, manageable steps that build both understanding and confidence.
Every lesson is fully tailored to the individual student. I take the time to identify strengths, weaknesses, and learning style, then adapt my teaching approach accordingly—whether that means focusing on core concepts, practising exam questions, or reinforcing problem areas. No two students learn the same way, so my sessions are designed to suit you.
I support students at all levels, helping with everything from foundational skills to advanced topics. I also place a strong emphasis on exam technique, ensuring students know how to approach questions effectively and maximise marks.
My goal is not just to help you get the right answers, but to truly understand the process behind them. By building confidence and developing independent problem-solving skills, I help students achieve long-term improvement—not just short-term results.
