About Alice
I adore maths, so of course I want to teach it. I did GCSE Maths only a few years ago so I know the course inside and out. I want to teach and inspire you, show you how interesting and satisfying it can be, or, if you're not a fan of maths and are just looking to pass your exams I can help with that too.
I'm certainly not one of those people who got all 9s in their GCSEs, I pretty much struggled with most topics (don't worry I'm good at them now ;) ) so I know exactly where people struggle and how to get through those tough parts because I did it too- I get it.
Having recently finished A-level Maths, I know how to best explain the more complex topics, looking at them from the angle you prefer to see it through, making links to things you already know, which teachers often forget to do.

Before beginning the sessions, I will ask you what you want to get out of them, how much you like maths and what you'd like to study and we will go from there. This is your time, so I want to help you make the most of it. I love maths, so even if you have just a flicker of inspiration I want to help nurture it and grow it into a fire. Together we can make your grades reflect your passion and work.

Alice is an amazing tutor. She made sure to explain things in depth and wasn’t annoyed or frustrated when I didn’t understand something. She helped me get through my GCSEs and I wouldn’t have passed maths without her, highly recommend.
Alice is a friend of mine that helped me to understand topics I was stuck on during my maths GCSE. She is a wonderful maths tutor and suitable for anyone willing to put in as much effort as she does into their maths GCSEs.
