About Mags
I have taught mathematics to 11-18 year olds for over 20 years and loved every minute of it (almost!). I've taught a full range of abilities and students from all backgrounds. I have a good knowledge of all topics at GCSE Mathematics and am happy to work with anyone who wants to learn or improve.

I believe that understanding the reasoning for each topic ensures that the skills learned can then be applied across a range of questions and in a variety of disciplines. In Mathematics it is fine to be stuck and to find things difficult and I will work with students to develop strategies to help them move on.
