About Stephanie
I am a student at the university of Birmingham. I volunteer as a mathematics coach with CoachBright, and have been working with them during the pandemic to provide online coaching sessions to low income students. I have also been working with the Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative to do the same thing. My students find my sessions really helpful, and come away more confident about that topic and their subject.

I like to base my lessons on answering exam questions. I will find a variety of questions on a particular topic, of the student’s choice, to work through in the session, with particular emphasis on the student leading the session, and me guiding them if they are stuck. I also like to work on trickier problem solving questions, to stretch the student when they are more confident in a topic.
