About Radha
I have been teaching Mathematics and Physics since 1990, and I still look forward to every class.
MSc in Mathematics, BEd. I started out as a Math teacher at Convent School, and have taught CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and State board students ever since. Different syllabi, same lesson: it is the teacher who adjusts, not the child.
Most students who come to me convinced they are "weak in Math" are nothing of the sort. They missed something years ago and nobody took them back to it. Close that gap and the confidence returns on its own.
I have taught online since 2018, so the screen is second nature to me. I teach in English, and switch to Hindi or Telugu whenever a child needs it.
I also teach for free every week - Math to rural government school children, and spoken English at a Telangana government school. Teaching is simply the thing I enjoy most.
I will not promise you marks. I will promise a teacher who comes prepared, has patience with a slow starter, never accepts a memorized answer, and will always tell you the truth about how your child is doing.

I teach Maths from Class 5 to Class 12, Physics from Class 9 upwards, and General Science up to Class 8. I take CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE and State board students, and I work from whichever textbook the school is using - a child should never feel that school and tuition are pulling in two different directions.
I did my MSc in Mathematics and my BEd, and I started out teaching in a convent school in 1990. Teaching for that long leaves you with one habit above everything else: you learn to find the exact point where a child stopped following. The trouble that shows up in Class 9 usually began somewhere in Class 6, and until we go back and repair that, nothing new will hold.
A class with me generally runs like this. We start with the last topic or the homework, and I ask the student to explain it back to me. Then I take up the new concept and work an example through myself, step by step, and hand the very next sum to the student while I sit and watch them do it. We move on to the harder application problems only once the basics are steady. I finish by setting a small amount of practice, and I keep track of school tests so we can revise before them.
I am strict about one thing. If a student arrives at the right answer but cannot tell me why, I do not count it as done.
I take both one-on-one and group online classes. I teach in English and can explain in Telugu or Hindi whenever a concept refuses to land. I also believe a child learns best when the parents are part of it, not standing outside it. So I keep parents updated regularly - what we have covered, where the child has improved, and where the child is still struggling.
If you are not sure whether I am the right fit, take a trial class first and decide after that.

Radha mam taught me Physics and Maths in 9th grade, and her guidance made a massive difference in my academics. She is an incredibly patient, approachable, and knowledgeable educator who genuinely cares about her students' growth, whenever I struggled with complex topics, she would break them down into easy to understand concepts without any hesitation. Thanks to her I also gained the confidence to solve challenging problems on my own. I highly recommend her to any student looking for a dedicated and inspiring mentor!
I know her as she is my business partner’s wife. She is really amazing, compassionate, knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive to the kids. She keeps the class quite interactive, explains and encourages curiosity in kids and wouldn’t mind explaining multiple times. She is strict with time yet accommodating when really necessary. This is my second year with her.My daughter has started doing really well and her fear for Maths is also slowly going away.
Having been one of Radha mams math students, I highly recommend her as an educator who truly inspires trust and confidence. Math can often feel intimidating, but Radha mam has a unique talent for breaking down complex concepts into simple, logical steps. Her patience and encouraging teaching style not only make learning enjoyable but also build her students' belief in their own prolem solving abilities.
