# About Me — Your Student Maths Tutor
I am a dedicated student currently sitting for my Junior Certificate Examination (JCE). I achieved a **Grade A in Mathematics at primary level** and have obtained Grades A and B in mathematics at junior secondary level.
My tutoring focuses on helping Primary and Junior Secondary learners develop a strong foundation in Mathematics through simple explanations, step-by-step demonstrations, and guided practice.

MY TECHNIQUES AND TEACHING APPROACH
My approach to tutoring is centred on making Mathematics simple, enjoyable, and easy to understand for every learner. I believe that every student can improve with the right guidance, patience, and practice.
I use a step-by-step teaching technique, breaking down difficult concepts into smaller, manageable steps. I begin by assessing the learner's current understanding, identifying areas of difficulty, and building a strong foundation before moving on to more challenging questions.
My lessons include:
- Simple explanations: Making difficult concepts easier to understand.
- Worked examples: Demonstrating how to solve problems step by step.
- Guided practice: Working through questions together before allowing learners to try independently.
- Individual support:Adjusting my teaching pace to suit each learner's needs.
- Practice and revision: Using exercises and corrections to strengthen understanding and build confidence.
I focus on Primary and Junior Secondary Mathematics, including Algebra, Trigonometry, and Geometry.
My goal is not simply to help learners get the correct answers, but to help them understand why the answers are correct, develop problem-solving skills, and become more confident and independent in Mathematics.Typical Lesson Length:45–60 minutes for Junior Secondary learners and 30–45 minutes for Primary learners.
