About Katy
I have a degree in maths from Warwick and have been tutoring privately for a few years now. My passion lies with algebra, but I am also a sucker for applied maths too. Aside from my maths background I am a swimming teacher and a competitive triathlete myself. I have three young children so I’m fairly flexible with tutoring hours.

My teaching method is to help students understand the basics first and build on these to solve a whole multitude of more complex problems. I like to guide my students to find the answers themselves and help them feel confident and empowered to do so.
