My name is Jake and I study Mathematics with Statistics at Loughborough University. I have been tutoring for the last three years and really enjoy working with students who are looking to reach their target grades.

After getting a general idea of the student's struggling areas through a mix of past paper questions based on their paper tier, I will start at the basics, building on the content they know and applying these to the base-level questions. Then progressively I will start to increase the pace of the session by looking at the higher-level questions and more applied questions they may find towards the end of the paper. The pace will depend on the student's current understanding.
Top tip from me is attempt exam questions whenever completed a topic, as these are the best practice resources available to students!
