About William
I have joint BSc in Mathematics and Physics and a B.Ed in education. I was a ‘late starter’ who began teaching in my mid thirties. I have loved being a teacher/tutor and know the importance of good results in enhancing the future prospects of young people and their parents. It is very important to me that those whom I teach have fun but also understand clearly the ideas I am teaching. To ensure this, I will always be prepared so that no time is wasted at the beginning of each lesson and will have a short plenary at the end of each lesson. (Lessons will often be interspersed with bad jokes and you will have the opportunity to tell some as well).
