About Dirk
My passion lies in Mathematics. I believe that everyone can understand Maths, if the teacher or tutor, along with the student, create a 21st century approach to the subject. I want to get learners to understand. I don't do this just as a job, I do it because I love Mathematics and teaching. Together we will succeed! I achieved 99% for Maths in Gr12, and distinctions for all my Engineering Maths modules.

I love one-on-one lessons, making use of a digital whiteboard where Mathematics is clearly explained, visually and interactively. My lessons are structured to get you to understand how to tell the story that is Mathematics. I love to share my passion for the subject, and therefore you don't just get a tutor, but you get a partner that cares about getting your understanding of Mathematical concepts sound.
